The Cane Coro's unusual palate first came to light after vets at the Ventura County Animal Services noticed she looked emaciated, NBC Los Angeles reports. But the problem wasn't that the dog wasn't eating. Nope. An X-ray showed that Brooklyn had been eating all sorts of things; eight socks, several rocks, and even a toy.

In total, the dog had eaten 8 socks, several rocks and a fabric toy, amounting to two pounds of foreign objects.
